Contract Customers

If you have a Support Contract with Millennium Software you can create a Ticket for any assistance you require. All Tickets will take priority over phone calls, email messages, texts, etc. This will allow you to keep track of all calls and the hours remaining on your contract.

Equipment Database

Keep information on all your hardware. Easily see what hardware is nearing end-of-life to allow easier budgeting. When creating a Support Ticket easily tag the hardware that has the issue. Keep track of Warranty etc.

Purchases

Easily add more hours to your support contract when it suits you, rather than when your hours have depleted. Great for end of year budgets that need used.
