HOW TO ORDER / COST
1) Phone us on 01382 477235 giving us the date, time and location of funeral service. We will check our diary and if possible book the service. We require at least 48hrs notice.
2) We will come round to your house to help you look over the photos and select which ones (approx 40-50) to use in the movie (these can be digital photos, normal photographs, slides, newspaper clippings, etc). We will also help you chose the correct song if there is no special song for the deceased. The cost of creating the DVD depends on the type of pictures used (see above). For example a DVD consisting entirely of digital photos would cost £30
A deposit of £100 is required at this stage
3) We will create this DVD for you. Some people like to see it prior to viewing, others like to wait until the service. This is your choice.
4) On the day of the service we will set up our equipment prior to guests arriving. During the service we will be prompted to play the movie. This will be projected onto a big screen for all to see and hear. Once all guests have left we will clear up. The cost of hiring the equipment & labour is £150
You will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance
5) Copies of the DVD are available to anyone at a cost of £6. You will receive two free complementary copies.
