All businesses require some form of technical expertise to keep their business running smoothly day-to-day. But not many businesses can afford to have a dedicated team of I.T. specialists on their payroll.

That’s where we come in. We can provide you with that expertise at a low cost. In fact so low, we once again GUARANTEE to beat all competitors and will beat any quotation already received.

We don’t charge an annual fee like most. Why should you pay a fixed amount every year, when you don’t know how often you’ll need that service?

We provide several contracts that each ensures you only pay for the time used.

Here is a list of our current contracts:

10hr Millennium Contract £650+vat
This contract has no time limit on it and no annual fee. If within a year you only have us on-site for 2hours, then 8hours is transferred to the next year. This continues until you’ve used all your hours up. After which you can simply top-up your hours. Time is deducted per half hour and no time is deducted for travelling. We aim to be onsite within a maximum of 4 working hours, although in practice most calls are dealt with within the hour.

25hr Millennium Contract £1300+vat
as above but a cheaper option per hour.

50hr Millennium Contract £2400+vat
as above but an even cheaper option per hour.

100hr Millennium Contract £4200+vat
as above but an even cheaper option per hour.

Annual Contract £250+vat
This contract is payable per annum and gives you unlimited telephone support. It gives you all the same privileges of being a contract customer. You will then be charged an hourly fee of £50+vat. No travel charge.

Remote Access Contract £350+vat
This contract is payable per annum and gives you unlimited telephone support. It also means an engineer can remotely access your PC to fix most problems without the need of an engineer callout. It gives you all the same privileges of being a contract customer. You will be charged an hourly fee of £50+vat if an engineer is unable to fix the problem remotely. No travel charge.

No Contract
You can still use us without a contract. You would be charged an hourly rate of £80+vat including travel time.
