Established in March 1997, Millennium Software has grown from strength to strength and now has a very well established customer base in Dundee and surrounding areas. Our bespoke software programs reach out to all corners of the UK and as our customers are pleased to admit, we offer a service second to none.

We make sure our customers receive the highest quality of service at the lowest possible price. Our Maintenance Contracts are a prime example of this, as any customer can have IT Support throughout the year, but have no annual cost. See SUPPORT CONTRACTS for more information.

In March 2000, we opened a shop in Dura Street, Dundee. We remained there for 6 good years. Unfortunately increasing overheads and a UK rise in Internet purchasing, it became pointless having a shop when we could do all our trading over the phone or internet. In April 2006, Millennium Software moved to a small office in Broughty Ferry where we remain trading today.

With the end of the shop we were able to concentrate more on our business contacts and our maintenance packages & bespoke software. Even without the shop we still do everything we did before. Our main problem to overcome was the loss of repairs when people were unable to bring equipment in at their leisure. We overcame this by introducing a FREE COLLECT AND RETURN service which meant the customer simply had to phone us and we would go round and collect their computer (or fix onsite if possible). This became a huge success and we continue this service today.

We look forward to another decade or so of supplying computers, software and maintenance to our existing and new customers. We now have a solid base where our overheads are low enough that we can forward our savings onto our customers. I look forward to hearing from you.
